I believe that once you give a seller your money you deserve to have your item as quickly as possible, with a tracking number so you know exactly when to expect your package. I also want you to be very happy with your purchase. Please read the description very carefully prior to bidding or buying. I try to post all pertinent details in our listings so you can make an informed buying decision. However, if you have questions please feel free to email me prior to bidding or buying and I’ll be happy to provide you with additional information.

 

 

Shipping

Most items will ship within three working days after the day payment has been received. As I ship our gift items directly from source, some items may require up to 14 days for delivery. I will notify you by email of the expected shipping date and estimated arrival date.

 

The majority of items are light and I will ship them by Registered International Airmail, unless otherwise noted in the auction or other arrangements are made at the customer’s request. I am more than happy to combine shipping on multiple items, but please let me know that you are bidding for or buying more than one item and I will hold your won/bought items until you notify us to ship.

 

I try to give the shipping costs in the description so that you can add the auction/purchase price to the shipping charge and that is what you owe.

 

Please note that on all orders shipped there may be local customs or duties in the country of destination. Please be aware that all countries have different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Unfortunately, I do not have information on customs or duties, and I am not able to estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your bid.

 

 

Delivery

Delivery will be arranged via Registered International Airmail unless specific arrangements are requested, at buyer’s expense. All items are well packaged against breakage and damage.

 

Notifications

I try to answer every email within a reasonable period of time. If you sent us an email and you do not get an answer check your email account to make sure you do not have a spam blocker or email filter, or check your ‘Bulk Mail’ folder. I answer most emails directly through your email address rather than eBay’s email site. In the past, I have found that eBay’s email does not always work.

 

You will receive an email when I receive your PayPal payment. You will also receive an email when I print a shipping label informing you that your payment has been received and your package has been shipped on the date stated. This email will contain a delivery confirmation number so that you may be able to check when your package was shipped and when it arrives at your Post Office. If you do not receive an email from me within 2-3 days after you have made a PayPal payment please check your bulk mail and adjust your email filter or spam blocker to accept my emails.

 

 

Shipping rates

If you choose to purchase any item along with other items at the same time, the listed shipping rate will not apply. I will email you a combined invoice based on your address/zip code and the total weight of the combined package.

 

 

Insurance

I will pack your items safely to the very best of my ability, but I encourage you to purchase insurance in case of loss, theft, damage or breakage so you can make a claim to the carrier. If there are any problems with an item you have purchased, you should notify the carrier within 24 hours of delivery time.

 

 

Payment Options

We prefer payment via PayPal (to PayPal confirmed addresses only – this is for your protection as well as mine). Pay instantly with your debit or credit card through PayPal. UniqueGiftIdeaFinder.com is PayPal verified.

If you would like shipment to an unconfirmed address, please submit payment through one of our other payment options.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. This does not cover damage caused by wear and tear. Please notify us by email and return the item in its original packaging with confirmed proof of purchase. We will then check your item and attempt to repair it on receipt, or we will gladly replace the item or refund the full purchase cost less shipping return costs. Please return any items via a suitable reliable delivery service as we can not be responsible for damage or loss caused in transit.

If your purchase is not incompliance with the stated description, or is in some other way unsatisfactory, our Returns Policy is:

·   if a fault or flaw is clearly listed in our product description, yet the buyer is still dissatisfied with the purchase, we will allow returns for full refund, however the buyer must pay for shipping BOTH ways.
